Pastors and Leaders Conference in Groton September 30, 2022 at 4 pm at Seaport Community Church

Pastor Benji Suprice is the youngest of three, born in Boston, Massachusetts to a God-centered Haitian community. At 13 he was baptized and began preaching to youth and adults at First Haitian Baptist Church of Boston and Jubilee Christian Church. Looking back, the best way for him to describe church was, “a beautiful and messy community following Jesus.” Like life, it was filled with various highs and lows but we committed to walk with Jesus in every season.

Pastor Javier Santos is a Native of New London, CT 06320

Born in 1987 at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. Growing up he never met his father & was raised by a single mother who also had 5 children.

Javier Santos is husband to Ivonne Santos and Father of 3 beautiful children. 

Javier Santos lived a challenged young teenage life where he was introduced to the streets at a young age that turned him into a path of violence, drug’s and lawlessness.

Bishop Terry Wiles is the Senior Pastor at Crossroads community Cathedral in East Hartford for 38 years, which is one of the largest and fast growing churches in the New England area. Crossroads grew to 2500 average weekend attendance with 4K +/- adherents. Bishop Wiles served 18 years on presbytery, Police chaplain for 22 years, Board of directors for CT Prison Association. Today Bishop Wiles oversees 250 +\- cred holders in US, Central America, South America , Cuba and Turkey. He also representing over 100 Churches. Established Bible institutes in all of above plus.

Pastor Terry Dorsett, Executive Director at Baptist Convention of New England and served at Billy Graham - My Hope Project - will be our guest speaker.

At the leadership conference we will have a panel discussion on three broader topics: 

Chuck is the pastor of the Norwich Alliance Church, volunteer police chaplain in Norwich and Waterford, member of the Norwich Heroin Task Force, and member of the CT Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) response team.  He is a member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains and also volunteers with the Norwich Juvenile Review Board.
