Dr. Jessica Sanderson

"Jessica leads Urban Alliance’s community research, strategic planning and implementation of UA initiatives, and develops, delivers and evaluates opportunities for organizations in the UA network to make a long-term impact in the lives of people in our local community. Jessica holds a doctoral degree from the University of Connecticut’s Human Development and Family Studies program and is a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Evette Rivera

Evette Rivera is the prayer team leader at Lifeway Church in Newington CT. She is also the National Day of Prayer task force leader for Newington.  

Evette gave her life to Christ at the age of 26 after overcoming years of addiction, traumatic experiences and many obstacles.  She is a mother of 4 beautiful girls and a wife to her husband of 10 years.

Pastor Adam Bowles

Adam Bowles is the founding and lead pastor at Castle Church in Norwich. He and his wife, Luisa, have two grown daughters. A former editor and reporter of 15 years, Adam continues to teach journalism at Three Rivers Community College in Norwich. He also serves as a police chaplain for the Norwich Police Department. 

Pastor Rick McKinniss

Pastor Rick McKinniss has been pastor of Wellspring Church for the past 35 years and is currently one of the leaders of CT Prays!--a 24/7 church-based prayer initiative to cover our state in prayer for revival and Kingdom advance across our state.

Efrain Dominguez

Efraín Domínguez Jr. was raised in the city of New London having been born in Willimantic, Connecticut his mother decided to move the family to Dorado, Puerto Rico. After 5 years she decides to return to Connecticut and reside in New London.  

He obtained an Associate of Science from Mitchell College, Bachelor in Spanish from Eastern Connecticut State University, and a Master in Education with a concentration in social Studies from the University of New Haven.
