Randy was born and raised in North Georgia, and gave his life to Jesus at age 11. After graduating from high school in Kentucky, Randy served our nation in the U.S. Air Force. In 1982, he moved to Connecticut and attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden while working for G.R. Cummings, a construction company in Meriden. After that, he had a 23-year career at Live Nation, serving as General Manager of the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford and the Xfinity Amphitheater in Hartford.

Pastor Parthiban Joseph is an engineer by profession and a visionary Christian leader with over 25 years of experience in preaching, teaching, planting churches, helping with church growth, and helping the fellowship of believers to be effective in sustainable spiritual growth, outreach, and community impact through discipling, training, workshops, and empowering the believers to serve God, the church, and the community with the love and power of God.

Pastor Paul Lanier is Campus Pastor of Kingdom Destiny Outreach International at Willimantic. Paul is married to Bev and has 3 grandchildren.

Robert and Kathryn moved to France as missionaries in January of 1988.  They have served as the senior leaders of the Paris-based church Le Bon Berger (The Good Shepherd) since they founded it in January 1991. Robert and Kathryn also helped to establish a network of churches in Europe called the Horizon Family of Churches and Ministries during the 1990's. This network was formally established in 2005 and Robert has served as its primary leader until the summer of 2017.

Izzy Flores, began playing the piano at the age of 14 when he discovered that he had a love and passion for music. His claims to fame include acting with principal appearances in “Law And Order”, “Unsolved Mysteries” numerous off-broadway plays, and other acting credits. Including 89 Principle Commercials, including a commercial spot with Heavyweight Champ "George Forman" in "Meineke Muffler".

He was the first Latino feature in the face box of "CLAIROL FOR MEN" and "JUST FOR MEN".

They are blessed with 4 children, 7 grandchildren plus spouses, and 4 great grandchildren.

Martin Barrett is the Campus Pastor for Calvary Chapel New London and has served in various roles from pastor/teacher, youth worker, music ministry, and planner since 1989. He and his wife have two adult children and have been married for 27 years.

Martin has a passion for seeing people grow in Jesus and impact the communities where they live, work, and play.
