Brother Robert Manoval, along with Minister Michael Rayel, create, maintain and update operations budget for ARISE. Lead fundraising efforts, maintain all financial records. Partner with CEO on all negotiations that involve finances. Work with each department to ensure adherence to agreed budget. Track any / all expenses related to ARISE/Praise Night. Actively seek out resources for ARISE/Praise Night (financially and otherwise). Build relationships with community outlets that lead to supportive resources for the organization. Support the Director of Stewardship and Finances. Provide in conjunction with CEO. Provide reports to Advisory Group to support event planning.

Robert Navaraj has shown consistent interest and support towards the vision ARISE carries forward. His 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field has equipped him with skills that can be useful in running the ARISE Office.

Robert’s family has been involved the ministry since the last 3 generations. His great grandfather (Rev. Solomon Packianathan) was the first indigenous missionary in India. Being raised in a church that was built on the life-seed of Rev. T.G. Ragland, he has a special heart for the Lord.

His wife Audrey (employed with Accenture and works for Pfizer). Audrey is a woman of faith and is a great support for ARISE in various ways.

They are blessed with 2 wonderful daughters – Davina (10) and ReaAnn (3)
