From the Arise April 23, 2021 In-Person and Streaming Event
Arise pre-service prayer started at 5pm led by Min. Mary Rose and joined by prayer intercessors from various churches. Arise united prayer and worship service started at 7pm Pr. Kenn Harris moderated the service. Groton Bible Chapel Worship Team and Oasis de Restauracion Arts Worship Team led by Pr. Jonny Geeze led us in to an amazing praise and worship. Pr. Gary Campbell spoke on oneness in Christ and led us in prayer Pr. Dr. Joe Gnanaraj shared the vision God gave for Arise. Pr. Dr. Annie Wilder prayed for the offering. Pr. Josué Rosado spoke on Communal Oneness in Christ and led us in prayer. Ps. Joe Paskewich, Joe Coleman, Angel Aybar, and Rev. Sheila Kimball and Pr. Brad Whipple led us in prayer for this region and our great nation. Toni Hurshman, Rev. Edmund Conrad, and Tim Regan blew the Shofar. Pr. Johnny Burns Sr. spoke on Jew and Gentiles, the nations of the world – Oneness in Christ and led us in prayer. The service was ended with a closing song.

We, the organizers of ARISE, invite you to join us on April 23, 2021 at Groton Bible Chapel for a time of prayer, praise and worship. ARISE is a prayer movement birthed out of continued weekly prayer for over 40 years by a group of pastors and prayer warriors in this area. God's people from various churches and denominations across New England joined together in prayer for a spiritual awaken would Advance God's Kingdom in this region.
We are encouraging you to please consider to be a part of this great prayer movement. On April 23rd, at GBC, we will be proclaiming God's Word over our nation, churches, organizations, leaders, families, and the youth of today. The theme for this meeting is ‘Oneness in Christ’ based on the Bible verse Ephesians 4:3-6.
We pray that you will encourage the members of your congregation to participate and invite their families and friends as well. We wish to call out to our God fervently with one United Voice of Praise and Prayers of Supplication that the Lord would visit us in a mighty way and that would bring His Kingdom's Light to our Region, State, Nation and the world. The longest recorded prayer of Jesus was called, The High Priestly Prayer. On the eve of the crucifixion, Jesus interceded for His people.He prayed for our sanctification, unity and ultimate heavenly blessedness. Jesus prayed this prayer for all believers for all times, found in the gospel of John chapter 17. Our unity as believers comes from our participation in unity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit through the bond of perfect love.
